Trevor Donovan, born in Mammoth Lakes, California, is a versatile artist, advocate, and author. A former member of the U.S. teen ski team, Trevor later earned a bachelor's degree in graphic design before embarking on a successful entertainment career.

 

He is best known for portraying Teddy Montgomery on the global hit 90210, a groundbreaking character and the show’s first openly gay series regular. At a time when acceptance and marriage equality in the U.S., was still evolving, Trevor took on the role with honesty and heart.

 

He is also known for his performances as Kit Acklin in Texas Rising, Eddie Arnold in Sun Records, and his more comedic role as Austin on Melissa & Joey.

Beyond his on-screen success, Trevor is a passionate advocate for various causes, including canine rights and anti-bullying. He serves as an active ambassador for the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights. Additionally, he founded the nationwide anti-bullying program Team Upstanders, dedicating himself to raising awareness about bullying in all its forms, along with other issues he deeply cares about.

Known for his charismatic and engaging performances, Trevor has become a sought-after leading man in romantic dramas and romantic comedies. His work includes Easy Heart, USS Christmas, Love Finds You in Charm, Chasing Christmas, and Christmas at the Inn. Most recently, he starred as Chase Logan in the Where the Wind Blows film series, further expanding his range in leading roles.
